HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: From approximately 1/1/08 through 11/15/08, register online at TraneHVACsupply.com, one entry per email address. All registrants will receive a free T-Shirt. Registrants at TraneHVACSupply.com also receive opportunities for additional entries throughout the year. Visit your local Trane Parts Center to register for their quarterly drawing. By registering for the quarterly drawing, you become eligible for the Outdoor Adventure Giveaway. Mailers/e-blasts will be sent on a quarterly basis to our registered list. If the item received includes the word, “Congratulations!” you win the prize specified (subject to verification). If the Official mailer/e-blast message states, “Sorry, please play again,” is blank or indicates any other non-winning message, you are not eligible to claim a prize. To claim a prize and be entered into the Outdoor Adventure Grand Prize Drawing (subject to eligibility), see Rule #3. See Rule #2 for a free chance to win a T-shirt prize.

HERE’S HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE AND ENTER THE GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING (SUBJECT TO ELIGIBILITY): Visit your local Trane HVAC Parts & Supplies location with your Official Mailer containing the words “Continue Your Adventure” between 4/1/08 and 6/31/08. Make a $300 or greater purchase and fill out the required information to receive a gift. Limit one claim per mailer. Limit one claim per visit and limit one claim per customer. The Outdoor Adventure Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected on or about 11/15/08 from among all eligible winning claims received, by Prizm, Inc., an independent organization whose decisions on all matters relating to this giveaway are final. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible claims received.

ELIGIBILITY: Giveaways open only to registrants that purchase products at Trane Parts Centers. IWD registrants not eligible. Employees of Trane, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, TPC locations, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are NOT ELIGIBLE. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winners will be notified by mail. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification in which case an alternate winner would be selected. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return a Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, and if legally permissible, a Publicity Release, within 10 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification in which case an alternate would be selected. Winner’s guests must sign and return a Release of Liability prior to attending trip. Trip date is subject to change by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail. If, for any reason, including a printing, production, computer or other error, more winning game pieces are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to Rule #4, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor and its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges’ decisions. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any giveaway materials and the terms and conditions of the official rules, the official rules shall prevail, govern and control.
